The fare includes breakfast buffet and the service, it includes also the use of gas, water, electricity, bed and bath
linen, changed once a week, and the final cleaning of the room.
Moreover it includes the using of the grill garden and the internal open-air parking places.
Fare for children
Near our bed & breakfast children under 3 years do accommodate free.
Regulations
When you carry out a booking we ask you a deposit of 33% of the entire price. The deposit is not refundable.
The payment of the price has to be effected cash at your arrival to our structure.
If the booked room should not be at your disposal because of force majeure, we reserve the right to assign an
equivalent room.
Your personal documents will be immediately registered.
The rooms will be delivered the day of your arrival at 3 o’clock p.m. and have to be free the day of your departure at
10 o’clock a.m..
It’s not allowed to give hospitality to guests which do not pay.
